A: The Current Value column of the Positions table displays the current market price for each contract listed in the contract column.
For Binaries, the current value is calculated as the average of the current inside Bid and Ask prices for the particular contract. If a Bid and Ask price is unavailable, HedgeStreet uses the last traded price for the particular contract.
For Futures, the current value is calculated using the same method described for the Binaries. However, the value of the underlying associated with the calculated current value is displayed.
HedgeStreet always displays the current value for the long position . To calculate the current value for the short position for a Binary, subtract the current value from $10; to calculate the current value for the short position for a Futures contract, subtract the current value from the contract size ($0-$100).
